This is one of the greatest mobile games of all time. No questions asked, it’s insanely fun. But that’s not why I want to write this review. The game is being ruined by its own team. Their PR is so bad these days. I don’t know what they think they’re doing but they are pushing people away. Everybody I know who plays this game complains about how pay to win it is. It’s not even a question; it’s written in to the paradigm of this game. Much like other mobile games you can pay money to advance in the game. It’s not for me, but I don’t blame Supercell for allowing this in their games. It’s reasonable. However there are much worse issues with their greed. Recently a bug came to light with the new “Lucky drops” daily rewards. You could manipulate your clock or something and keep re-rolling the rewards until you got what you wanted (there are some nice rewards, but of course since it’s free and we’re talking about Supercell nothing is worth more than like $10 in the shop). A few content creators used this bug. Big names like Eragon who are keeping this game’s community alive on YouTube. He did it once and got like $7 worth of rewards. Well Supercell cracked down and they cracked down big. They served permanent bans to Eragon and anyone else who used the glitch, even once. Now I’m not saying it wasn’t clearly against the rules for him to abuse a glitch. What I am saying is that it’s actually so preposterous of an overreaction on Supercell’s part because somebody messed with their money. Do they not see that by perma-banning their own content creators they not only lose out on a ton of free advertising, but also earn themselves the scorn of so many fans and other people who got banned? Another thing that bugs me are the obvious manipulations to get people to buy stuff in the shop. They add new things each season: evolutions, tower troops, or cards. Every time they add something new, it’s in the shop: “Buy now, 100x value!!!” Usually a disproportionately large amount of the playerbase starts using the new thing (Dagger Dutchess has an absurd use rate, especially in top ladder). Then in the next balance changes, the thing gets nerfed. Why does this happen? Because they released it OP to get people to buy their stupid 100x offer. Supercell— I love your games. Please stop making it hard to love them.

This game literally isnt what i remember i used to play this game on a daily basis back in 2019-2021 and i come back and this game is just trash the whole game became PTW literally you can have a level 10 card and you get paired up with people that payed 100$ to get a full max level 14 card. The game is so unplayable because of how many people have overleveled cards compared to the FTP players like me that just play the game for fun and dont plan on wasting money on this game. Overall this game is just trash and do not recommend unless youre trying to waste your money to get a full maxed account in 2 days. FIX YOUR GAME SUPERCELL.
