Sign up for an account and confirm you are a UK resident, located in the UK. 3. Add your broker details. 4. Apply for offers. 5. Receive any allocated shares into your broker account. Marketing permissions To update your marketing permissions at any time, log in to the app and go to the Account section. You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our marketing emails. Please note, it can take up to 7 working days for your permissions changes to take effect.
App now too slow to use
The email authentication code took half an hour to arrive this evening by which time it was too late. Noone else uses this bizarre system.

What’s with the annoying email authentication for login? Get rid of it and allow Face ID or SMS 2-factor authentication via SMS like every like every other FS company. The emails take ages to come through and require flicking between apps …it’s entirely pointless and unnecessary.

I have no idea how the IPOs offered by this app are found but the vast majority are actually offers to invest in a fund. I have seen very few ipos of actual companies that do anything concrete and two of the ones I tried to invest in were withdrawn. So, my conclusion is that, so far, any decent opportunities disappear if the institutional investors get interested.

PrimaryBid tells you all about the companies issuing new shares or bonds in the app directly on the primary market. Usually the shares are at a discount to what you can buy elsewhere. Great way to invest and keeps you up to date with what’s happening with your shares.
