The new update is great
I use NTB primarily because of this mobile app. UX has always been great, but the UI has gotten a lot better with the new update. I think the new app is built on flutter and it's smooth. I’m experiencing only an issue is sometimes app stuck on splash screen

A cheap port that doesn’t even scale on a phone isn’t an App. A ton of functional errors and even after being forced to reset my password, newly accepted password is rejected with a “whoops” denial. Seriously, are the coders 12 year olds? NTB take notice and assign the development of a proper app. Nowadays you can get a young team who could do it well and brilliantly. Long standing NTB customer here, thoroughly disappointed.

Annoying to login every time with password without face id support
No Option for Reset Password if we dont have debit card
I’m really disappointed about this app. If we don’t have any debit card or credit card, there is no any option for reset your password even from banking side. They disabled the option for resetting with the bank account details option.
Login with FaceID missing
Guys, it's high time you introduce the login with FaceID feature. No iPhone that came since last 2 years has TouchID.
