Client Access gives you a powerful, convenient and secure way to view your accounts online anytime. It is optimized for your mobile device, so you can securely manage your investment portfolio, transfer funds, deposit checks, and access up-to-the-minute market information. Whether you want a quick snapshot or an in-depth review, it’s all right here. • Your account balances, including your assets and available cash • Current value of each of your investments • Detailed asset allocation analysis • Documents such as trade confirmations and tax reporting • A secure vault to store financial statements, insurance documents • A full complement of convenient client tools • Your financial advisor’s contact information Asset allocation does not guarantee a profit nor protect against loss.
No portfolio tracking
There seems to be no way to track daily performance over time. There needs to be a graph showing day by day performance. If you want to look back at yesterday’s account performance there is no way to see it once you get past midnight. This is basic stuff and a significant pain point.
So easy and simple
Love the interface and the experience. Don’t know why everyone doesn’t use an FA from Raymond James. It’s convenient banking software plus the eyes of a professional on all my accounts.
Deposit App Issue
Please fix your mobile check deposits. It no longer lets me select which “year” to contribute towards my IRA. It says I’ve gone over, but I haven’t deposited any for this year’s contribution.
App malfunctioning at Login for the last month
I have enjoyed using this iOS app for years but something has gone seriously wrong with it the last month. Despite using the exact same username and password that logs me in on the web, it continues to tell me my credentials are invalid, at first just with Face ID sign in, now also when manually inputting my login. A further frustration is that my New Retirement website can no longer connect to Raymond James as well, again using my valid login info. Something is amiss and needs to be fixed.
Does not come up when searching for Raymond James or RJ
It feels like it should be table stakes that you can search for a banking app based on the bank name MLS, but this app is simply called Client Access. Try searching for Raymond James or RJ on your phone and nothing will come up. This feels like a pretty basic mistake and something that should be easily and quickly fixed. Responding to the developer, I’m talking about searching for the app on my phone, not in the App Store. Thank you for the clarification! It seems to me maybe the app should be called RJ Client Access then?
