All the data I need
Every thing you need. Nothing you don’t Very accurate They don’t collect any data from you. That is unusual these days
accurate and up to date
impossible to find local marine forecast for where I live .. it is available for nearby areas but those are useless when it comes to tides.. this app is more accurate, full of good detail that anyone who plays or works on the ocean would want to know!
My Go-To app for boating/weather
Simple & concise
Works great
Only site i use for wind mostly usually pretty close to what is noted on app
Easy to use. Not so sure it’s consistent with NOAA?
Really like the ability to point anywhere and get a wind and wave forecast including tides. However, the forecast, in my experience, seems to underrepresent the winds I experience on a consistent basis. Where the app may say winds 5 knots or less, NOAA will often forecast winds of 5-10 knots for a broader area. And I will rarely experience the winds of 5 knots or less and more often experience winds of 5-10 knots.
Super useful and intuitive
This is a very useful tool for planning paddles. I find it easy to use. Fortunate to have this.
Changes needed - include Wave Period for Marine Safety
Wish this contain the same information as the Coastal Marine forecast by zone info provided by NOAA that is important for Boater Safety. All experienced Boater know that Wave Period can be far more important than Wave Height. Time between waves (Wave Period) will define how good or bad the offshore conditions will be. If 4 foot waves have 10 seconds between wave it will be a super enjoyable day. If 4 foot waves have 5 seconds between wave it will be an awful day. Just go to the Marine Forecast by Zone information proved by NOAA and save the money of buying this app (app is handy for quick info but us Boaters end up just going back to NOAA Marine forecast web page and finding out the wave period and height for our safety anyways.
