The Xfinity My Account app is going away as of April 26, 2023. Instead, download the Xfinity app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/xfinity/id1178765645 to manage your Xfinity account anywhere, anytime. This app is awesome,, it works great, I never have any problems with it, all the features work well, it truly is worth using.
Where do I start and how long can I put up with this🥹
This is the worst cable, Internet and mobile service I have ever had. I have to call and suffer through talking to remote agents that do not speak the language at least three times a month. It’s very difficult to get in contact with someone about your bill and the mobile prompts just keep you in a continual loop. recently my mobile app isn’t working properly and I can’t view my bill. The cable and Internet bill is always incorrect half of the app. Features do not work properly. I’m not sure that I’ll be here much longer because this has been the most frustrating six months of my life.

I have been trying for 2 days to get my email working but no one seems to know how to do that. I have now deleted the application thinking I could begin with a new email account. However no one seems to know how to get the application on my phone. This is so frustrating! I’m ready to cancel my account and go with another service.

The new. Xfinity app is a joke. You can only get it on your mobile. I still use my Mac. The app is not user friendly at all Will need to check out other options out there
