Horrible to install
This is my second brand new lock and for what ever reason (mostly because the company doesn’t have a good how to or instructions to make the door lock work) My door is beeping red and can’t get it off unless I reset. Ok I’ve reset the first door lock and here I am again. Same dam problem. No 800 number to contact the actual company that made this product. I did call Amazon help for this and she gave me the same information I was reading and already did. I liked the idea of what this did but unless your have a degree in this door look it will not work for us. I can’t even tell you how much time I wasted trying. So so disappointed w the door lock!

Don’t get me wrong, the lights themselves look good and have some fun customization but, for some reason no matter what at the same time in the middle of the night, the lights in my room turn on and wake me up. I’ve tried many different things and after going through what seemed like every setting and feature possible through the app I was unable to find out what was wrong.

What dummy thought it was a good idea to update this? Now I can’t even see what color coal bed I’m updating my fireplace to. It just shows words that look like code. What an awful downgrade.

I’ve automatically been signed out of my account and had to reconnect all my devices. this is not very convenient if you don’t have the time to be logging back in and reconnecting devices.
