Sulos for Patients

This app allows patients and/or caregivers to better communicate with their Palliative or Hospice Care Provider in between visits in order to receive more timely care. Patients are able to track their daily symptoms, submit care requests/needs as well as integrate Apple HealthKit to provide Care Provider read access to the user's daily health data such as Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Respiration, SPO2, and Activity (steps and sleep data).
