Can’t even get into the app
They released another update in the past few days, I’m still stuck on the logo page when app opens. App freezes right there. Can’t give more than 1 star…

Since the latest updates I haven’t been able to access my files. I put the passcode in and the app freezes. Tried to wait for updates, and I recently updated to the latest version, however it did not make a difference. This needs to be addressed urgently by the company.

Because many times the iphone screen is automatically locked and interrupted during backup or file copying, so it would be better if we added a temporary pause protection function and let us turn it on after completion. It would also be better if we could add a video repeat playback function.

Can a temporary backup function be added? As long as it is started, all the content can be displayed in the iTunes shared file for our own backup, because even if the sharing is started now, it will become invalid when the screen is locked. If there is a switch for backup mode, we can turn it on and still read and write the files in it even if the screen is locked without having to force the screen to be on for a long time.

But since your latest update has now locked up my photos and will NOT OPEN, I am ready to cancel doing all BUSINESS with your company! THIS NEVER RESPONDS to concerns, but it continues to find ways to charge for an APP ALREADY PURCHASED AND SUBSCRIBED TO… Update: if I could give this app below 1 star I would! The company NEVER responds and I believe at this point this app is unsafe, insecure, and definitely unreliable! I have tried contacting this company several times with NO RESPONSE, I have lost photos, had folders unlocked which had been password protected and that app is constantly freezing up, each new update only seems to create more problems, which I am sure is this company’s way to get me to subscribe to their cloud services but it is NOT happening, as a matter of fact, my subscription is up in June and I will be ridding myself of this app permanently!
