Definitely need to update app to able to have functional iOS app that will allow you to arm & disarm alarm on Apple Watch. Also, ever since latest update a week ago my cameras are showing not connected to WiFi which is not recording accurately. Can not edit motion zones without snapshot photo to turn black. With this being a security product it is imperative that this app needs to be updated frequently to ensure bugs & fixes are corrected in a timely w.

This new version is no good. I getting notifications that says a person been detected at front and back door and no one is there. I tried changing the settings so I don’t get many but that has not worked either. Please this issue

It keeps changing my frequency settings i put it for frequently it keeps changing it to periodically on its own i had this cam maybe a year now no problems really now I’m missing events people walking past my door and i don’t get the notifications or motion detection like i used to i think it has something to do with this new update because before that it was fine

I just started using the app today and I can say initial set up was a breeze and I really like how easy it was to customize the motion sensor. It’s actually great that you can view all the cameras on across all my mobile devices. That said however all the upselling and new product notifications in the app are frustrating , new products notifications make the app cluttered and harder to navigate. I know all about your latest products but wasn’t able to add a user in the family to view the camera before giving up tonight Prioritize security and leave the other features off. Is user safety important to Ring? Then maybe you can move them off the app , if I want to know about new products I should be able just to go to a website or even a separate app with discounts and promotions. Maybe keep “Neighbors” on a separate app too. This could make a good system great

Imposible to change network. I got a new router months ago and there’s absolutely NO “change network” option on the app. Wth. Please fix
