This software will just write abbreviation to the nickname field without confirmation. I actually use the nickname field to ... assign nicknames for my contacts. Now everyone is appeared as its nickname or three letter Chinese name abbreviation. I know I can just change the setting to display their full name, but I want their nicknames displayed for easy recognition. This app saves me time but creates a new problem. And I paid money for it. This is not what I expect.
