Better
It’s just better using the app than dialing the number it’s that simple
Can’t launch the app
I’m using IOS 12.5.7. I downloaded the app three times and it keeps crashing .
Useless App! Can’t login or even create an account!
I wanted to use the app to pay for my sim cards but the app gives a huge run around just to create an account and once I try to login the first time I keep getting an error message and can’t log in. Absolutely the worst phone/data service app in the market.
Can’t even create an account
Exactly what the title says
Scam company
I bought a 30 day vacation eSIM for $50 usd. It took Digicel 9 DAYS to activate something that should be instant. After purchase, Digicel “gifted” me a 3 day prime Brawta deal that canceled out what I paid for and it took their company a solid week and me asking for a refund before they were able to troubleshoot and sync what I paid for to my account. Joke of a cell service, avoid patronizing them especially if you’re in Jamaica for a short time. I think a third party eSIM service would be more reliable.
Fix it
Unable to pay using the app or even online. And the agents are no help, they just copy and paste premade answers that have no solutions
Scammy provider, decent service if works
I signed up for a 30-day vacation eSIM plan. Right away I get “gifted” a 3-day prime deal to access digicel’s other apps and the only way to opt out so it doesn’t auto-renew is by downloading their app. I downloaded the app but couldn’t login with the original account I created due to system error. I made a new account and finally was able to toggle off the auto-renew option. Here’s hoping digicel doesn’t charge me or gift me more things while I’m in Jamaica. Update: After turning off the auto-renew, I have no service. So I paid $50 USD for a 3-day service? Scam!
