The spectrum app is a great and easy to use an very useful and well organized app to use if you are one of their customers. I’ve been using the app for the last 2 years since I’ve been a customer for spectrum for just the internet. But the app has many other options like phone and cable service. Your can use the app for everything checking if your service is up or down and making sure your equipment is up to date and functional. You can also pay on the app and also you get the benefits of knowing when your service is down and when it will get back up an running.

They sold me on the iPad almost two years ago and assured me that it was only going to cost me $5 a month more than I was currently paying until the terms of the agreement were reached which is approximately two years and that was an intentional deception AKA FRAUD on their part because they never honored the agreement and the cable rates have increased three times since then and I have spent several hours on the phone with them just to end up getting lied to every single time and I’ve paid hundreds of dollars more than I was told I would be paying. So says the rule if it sounds too good to be true then it is! Thanks charter spectrum for lying to me and cheating me out of my hard earned money and for knowingly encouraging your sales teams to intentionally lie and commit fraud in order to boost your sales and revenue! It’s what happens when a company has a monopoly! At least I know one thing for certain and that’s that right now the Democratic Party is giving you the green light to screw everyone but eventually they will turn on you and fine you billions of dollars for your deceptive business practices. It won’t financially benefit me but it will make me smile knowing that you got played for a fool and we’re just a money generating mule for the corrupt democrats who eventually always eat their own.
