This app blocks JavaScript on any website. It blocks most: • Ads • Newsletter popups • Cookie requests • Wasted megabytes of third-party JavaScript libraries When you encounter a website with too much JavaScript, just tap share → JavaSnipt → refresh, and voilà! No more interactivity. Alternatively, you can use JavaSnipt to block JavaScript on *all* websites and allow only sites you trust. It's up to you! Some sites, like YouTube, will not work with JavaScript blocked. That's why JavaSnipt targets only sites you select. By purchasing JavaSnipt for iOS, you will also unlock JavaSnipt for macOS. Your blocked sites sync between all your devices via iCloud. The web has too many popups and third-party scripts. It wasn't designed to respect your privacy, battery life, data cap or phone-sized screen. Take back control with JavaSnipt. The crab is Snippy, our mascot. Think of this app as him snipping away the extra JavaScript.
App doesn't work
I added a site to Block JS On Listed Sites, but it is also showing in the Allow JS on Listed Sites. So is it really blocking or allowing? I don't see any difference to the site to be honest. I'm running Safari on MacOS v14.
Works great
Those of us who need this product and understand it’s purpose recognize the value it adds to online safety and battery life. Works absolutely great. Thank you for maintaining this!
does not work
i wanted this app to stop drudge report from auto refreshing and it did not work
one critical missing feature, one bug
missing feature: third-party JS blocking. Run JS for *.example.com while browsing example.com, but not on any other sites. Would instantly address about 95% of ad and tracking issues. GIANT BUG (for me, anyway): if JavaSnipt is enabled, 1Password doesn't work correctly in-browser. I know the 1P extension uses javascript to function; a whitelist for internal, non-Internet-loaded JS sources (i.e., other extensiosn) is essential, or I can't use this extension. =\
Does nothing
Doesn’t block, doesn’t whitelist, does nothing.
It doesn’t actually block JavaScript
Title says it all
works great

- Fixes bug where JavaSnipt accidentally blocked browser UI like SSL warnings (thanks to GitHub user dontcrash for reporting!) - Fixes bug where the "Add Domain" field was not cleared on entering a new domain
