It’s been SEVEN (7) YEARS since the last update…. It states you can use in silent mode- tested it out and it vibrates once per notification. Even when sound is on it dings for a second then stops- it’s not continuous or annoying until you open the app. There’s no chance it will wake you if you’re a hard sleeper like myself… VERY DISAPPOINTED

Good implementation of the idea, but I wish for the ability to do the following two things: 1. Set the alarm for a time that falls outside of the 5 or 15-minute increments by which I can adjust the time. 2. I wish Carrot would talk to me as the alarm is going off to repeatedly announce the current time, intermittently switching between the time and alarm tone itself, so that in my sleepy haze I could be more aware of what time it was in the moment. Knowing the time reduces the chances of me hitting snooze, going back to bed, and losing my job from having had accidentally overslept.

I LOVE the app, but my one problem with it, is it feels a little outdated. With the new iPhones, the app doesn’t fit to the screen, which leaves these big clunky black boarders in the app. I would love to see this app refreshed and updated because it is GOLDEN, and I love it, just outdated.

I come bearing a long-awaited update with lots of fixes and improvements. - As long as you leave me open in the foreground, you can now lock your screen before bed and my alarm will still sound - even with Silent or Do Not Disturb modes enabled! - My alarm will no longer get blocked from going off because of a calendar alert or an iOS update. - I'll actually allow you to turn your flashlight off after you turn it on. - Meatbags who use me with external speakers or headphones can now set more sensible defaults for my alarm output. - All the daylight saving bugs my idiot Maker introduced in past versions should finally be squashed.
