Terrible tracking & service
I have used VRBO services in the past and was happy with the results. However this year I have found several deficiencies that are not acceptable. Bookings that have been made & paid for, with bank evidence of payment, dates incorrect in attempting to book, incorrect information on the site throughout. It has really deteriorated in the past year. I have submitted several emails on this topic but not any reply’s from VRBO. It doesn’t give me a good feeling about using them in the future. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Everything was perfect about our stay at this NC mountain cabin. The hostess, cabin, views, hiking, you name it - were wonderful! I sincerely hope we can stay there again in the future.
