Honestly, with how high the cost of living is in LA, Metro Micro is a godsend in keeping expenses down. Being able to go from point A to point B in the service areas for $2.50 flat is BANANAS. The vans are nice and clean and the drive was so nice. Definitely recommend!

I’m very disappointed buses keep malpractioning an provoking me. From the big metro buses that sometimes pass me by on purpose. And now with metro micro very rude. I waited and place notes that I’m waiting here with my groceries and she is very rude. Must they bring their problems from home to work. I know their not to do that. And the employers tell you this I know.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

It can be helpful at times and some drivers I had were very nice. However, I don’t think it’s fair to limit my rides after I had to cancel only 2 times because things just happen. My rides always finalized way too soon when I order them hours ahead and so it counts before I can cancel.

I’ve been using this app for a bit to get to my classes and it’s been pretty good. I only paid $1 per ride a reasonable price but now it’s $2.50? Are you serious not even the Beelines or Metro busses charge that much. It’s ridiculous and so over priced. Lower the prices
