I’m a truck driver broke down in Caldwell town over. So decided to come to farmers market and met the gentleman from lime green ride scooter he showed me how to set up and ride it so helpful and great way to see the city would definitely recommended to anyone

I like their scooters, although the app is deductively more difficult than others. Our first ride had tons of billing problems because the app messed up, which got resolved. The real reason for the 1 star review is the app uses notifications to advertise their service. That ain’t cool.

What’s irritating about the pass that they sell you on by minutes is that it takes like 15 seconds to lock and if you go over by 2 seconds it takes a WHOLE minute away from your ride pass. That’s essentially theft for not letting me use the extra 58 seconds. Lime is already expensive as it is but the fact that they just take these seconds away from you is literally theft.
