Love the airport and proximity to my home. However: 1. Website is terrible, 2. NO customer service at all, 3. Lost suitcase going from Trenton to Palm Beach (NEVER LOCATED), 4. If you have any questions, the response from the Chat, doesn’t help, 5. If you’d like to talk with someone, it costs $40.00, 6. If there’s bad weather or the plane is delayed or cancelled, it takes days to get a new flight.

Please don't use Frontier Airlines, I am yet to have a good experience with them. Pay the extra and go american airlines… Spirit is a better option. Customer service is designed to be bad. I never leave reviews, but people deserve know how dog**** they are.
