تطبيق متخلف و لو فيه اقل من نجمة حطيتها بس للاسف ما فيه الى الان خدمة الابل باي ما فيه ؟! الئ الان بطاقة صعود الطايرة ما فيه اجي في تطبيق المحفظة ؟! ما يبي لها اختراع ذرة يا محترمين يا فنانيين يا طيران متقدم

كان عندي تذكره و كنت بقصها من الموقع و ما ضبط معي جربت من التطبيق نفسه و من الموقع ما ضبط معي و جيت المطار قبل الرحله يقولون قفلت الرحله … و مره بعد داخل المطار ومعي البوردنق وكل شي و انتظر الباص يودينا الطياره .. رحت دورة مياه بس ورجعت والباص باقي قدامي واقف وما فتحوا لي الباب وتبهذلت .. في المطارات دايم نركب باصات و يبهذلونا .. في الاخير بعد عدة تجارب قررت اتوقف عن التعامل معهم

GCC members can travel within by using only their civil IDs, I don’t need to carry my passport to go to Riyadh from Kuwait for example. However, when I try to book a ticket, there is no option to use my ID as a travel document type. Only Passport number is an option if you are not Saudi!!!

The app is useless, it does not work you cannot check your flight status or make changes. The whole experience with this company is terrible. If you want rubbish to save few riyals you are the looser. I will not fly with a rubbish scammer company.
