Easy to use and convenient
Not sure about other’s reviews but I’ve never really had any issues with the app. I find it convenient to use and easy to navigate. The only time I’ve had problems with stuff not loading was due to my internet connection on my phone but the app has never crashed on me.

Needed to claim miles because despite them listing United Airlines as a partner, you can only claim mileage on the Newark to Dubai route. Long wait times for customer chat and if they are overcapacity they won’t let you open dialogue at all and force you to call. Once chat is started, the app will consistently lose connection and time out. There were also multiple glitches where I would upload documents requested but the operator would still not be able to view them on their end. Claiming miles itself was an arduous process as each step Emirates wanted a new document instead of just listing everything at the beginning.
