USELESS APP!
I've been trying for months to verify my account, uploaded all my documents a couple times and it still hasn't been verified, therefore I can't order a ride. Completely useless! I wish Uber could return because Trinidad isn't ready to create these kinds of experiences.

It was working great until the last update! I can no longer log in & not receiving a text or call with my OTP! I use this app over rideshare if I had to choose! This is inconvenient & has lost a faithful customer that used this service regularly for my main transport! If it’s not fixed to allow log in I will have to use other apps!

I’ve been very skeptical of ride shares in Trinidad but this one works flawlessly! There’s a lot of drivers so it’s very convenient to book to ride and the drivers do their best to make sure you’re comfortable too. The app works great, there’s lots of info and immediate feedback notifications. You feel safe because the company is always on the ball. I highly recommend it!!
