Passengers can follow their trip on a card-by-card basis in the app. Each phase in the trip is represented as a card in a timeline of the whole journey. Terrible App since update
Ever since the update I’ve not been able to use my app to go thru TSA Precheck. It does not show on my app but it does on the website. I’ve spent more time than I care to remember on the phone with customer care only to be told that it’s a TSA issue and not the app. It worked perfectly fine until the recent update. It does no good to have the app at this point. I can’t download my boarding passes to Apple Wallet. Fix it please!!!
Terrible. Errors abound
I can log in on my computer but this app is broken.
Disappointing
The app doesn’t consistently work. First I couldn’t load my flight. I called customer support and the said to try again after a few hours. Then I couldn’t check in - had to do that on my PC. Now I can’t see my boarding passes. I’ve spent way too much time on hold waiting for help.

IT WOMT LET ME UPDATE MY FLIGHT AND I paid FOR Allegiant bundle. Useles. And there’s only 2 flights left. It took me so long to change my boyfriends flight having to go on the website back and forth just to pay 30$ cuz his wasn’t bundle. But see the bundle came out worse and still more expensive.
Horrible airline
Worst airline experience. Booked a bundle with car rental but couldn’t get a car at the destination. No customer service to help over the phone. Robbed in broad daylight!!! Avoid at all cost !! No refund
Boarding pass
Still unable to download boarding pass electronically. 😡
Works when it wants to work, pick the lesser of the evils.
Tried to checkin in the website and it gave me a error and told me to try again later. Downloaded the app, same thing happens. Have to repeat multiple times to checkin and eventually the request goes through and finally works. Funny, they will charge you if you checkin at the airport but then make the online checkin process half working, so ultimately your either wasting time for the app to work, or wait til you get to the airport and fight with the airline to waive the fee cause the app and website didn’t work, or just end up calling them and waiting on the phone forever. Regardless of what airline you have nowadays, they will nickel and dime you then make it a miserable process to use their service that you ultimately paid for. Who said technology was suppose to life easier.
