Poor video quality
Why is there no option to set the quality of the video? Because there is no way I have beyond adequate internet speeds and the stream quality seems so low

This app is the worst I’ve been trying to login to access premium content. However, it keep saying that it’s unable to login at this moment.
App update, now doesn’t work, no customer service
The app updated, and now won’t allow me to connect. I hav.e a premium account. There is no customer service available. It worked fine for a very long time, but this is ridiculous. I have SportsMax as part of my home digital plan in the Carib as well. It would be nice if they contacted me back - after e-mails and screen shots of the error.

The worst app can't understand how I'm subscribed to something that I have no access to and no one to reach out to that's crazy.
Lags
I would love to be able to watch TV on your app, unfortunately (I don’t know if it’s only me) after I choose a channel the videos only plays for about 40 secs and then it starts loading. The video will play again and then it just loads again and the screen just goes blank and the play button pops up . But when I push play, nothing happens!!! I lose out on 20gbs when I can’t use your DTV app!
