Not happy
App freezes looses connection when multiple Bluetooth devices are connected. This smart coach is always 2-3 mph under a Stalker gun. Not satisfied at all. Will return this device

App has a lot of potential to be great, but it’s a bit awkward to navigate, can’t do anything useful to setup an event without being “connected”, and it the video recording feature freezes intermittently and app has to be shutdown to reset. That’s less than ideal when trying to capture in-game events.

Sometimes less is more. I just want to create overlay videos and send the kiddos their highlights. With the old app, no problemo. It crashed infrequently and did the job. Now, I find myself crashing quite often and have to start new sessions for something as little as trying to zoom in. The app doesn’t like it. Wish I had the old (reliable) app. Can’t believe I deleted it.

Worked great at first but as it started to age I started getting issues and now the videos won’t transfer to my phone. Can’t find anything about how to fix on the website.

Be careful, they want you to pay to be able to connect with game changer but it dies bot work and you can’t cancel after that, there is no place on the app ti cancel

When I first got my Pocket Radar last year, it worked fine. I tried to use it this baseball season and every time I try to record video the app freezes and I have to exit out.

Ordered thru Amazon. Briefly used it once and seemed to work fine. Tried downloading the app. Wouldn’t send a verification code. Tried multiple times. Called the company and got a voicemail and no return call. DO NOT BUY
