The worst
By far the worst app there is. Imagine I’m paying for a premium service and it’s less reliable than an illegal streaming website. Currently sitting here in frustration because Wrestlemania isn’t playing due to this unreliable service saying that there isn’t any available servers. Cannot understand why we in the Caribbean have no decent streaming platforms

This app is easily the worst of all the streaming service providers. It’s difficult to navigate and often crashes forcing you to delete it and re-login to access it again. I wish we had better options in the Caribbean to reliably watch cricket but it appears that we don’t. I’m very disappointed.

Would you please fix your stupid app. Everytime I have to watch something on it, it doesn’t open. I have to then delete the app and reinstall it and enter my details. Hire the right people to fix this. It’s ridiculous.

Just updated the app. Love the additions like Paramount+ etc. However I’m here trying to watch a football game and the stream is sticking. And then the app has shut down 3 times in under a minute. Trying to watch the game via a browser. Still sticking the same way.

I tried to subscribe to watch Leeds United from my home jurisdiction without having to go into a store. By phone and by app it was impossible. I actually found a customer service email address on line, and I reached out more in hope than expectation. That’s where I found Brandon Carvalho. Brandon went so far above and beyond. He explained all the issues to me, helped me subscribe via the app and got some glitches fixed., maintaining contact over 2 months. This is a great product and Flow is very lucky to have Brandon!
