Gave it a legit go and I live in NYC. Used it for 8 months and don’t think I had a single match. I’m not saying this with any ego but 8 months without a single match, doesn’t seem like the profiles are actually real people.
United StatesHorribly Buggy to the Point I Can't Set Up Profile Properly
I downloaded the app, excited to see what it had to offer, especially with such a unique twist on online dating with a focus on, ya know, meeting and getting to know people organically. But in the same day I have already deleted it. I signed up for an account through Facebook, and then proceeded to have be unable to upload additional photos as was required (I kept getting an error regarding database persistence) and, to add insult to injury, I couldn't do the photo verification because tue only photo of mine the app did manage to grab from Facebook was my profile pic, which is a digital illustration I did of myself years ago, so of course it didn't match with a modern selfie. Too many bugs, too much effort.

We are all over the dating apps these days. I love that there are events where I can go and meeting like minded people. I think most of us turn to dating apps hoping for connection but never get it. The Thursday events offer a really awesome organic environment to connect make friends and flex my flirting skills. Events aren’t weekly in my city yet, but I know they are ramping up. Gotta get the word out and these events will be THE place to go!

I was very disappointed when I went to my first and only “Thursday” dating event. I went to the designated bar with a friend. We asked around and not one person was there for the singles mixer. Everyone at the bar was just a normal customer. I initially thought/ assumed the event was somewhat structured and I expected to at least see some people that were app users or company representatives but that wasn’t the case. Such a wasted trip and a waste of time. This is a sad excuse of a dating app.

This app is exactly what we need to live a more fulfilled life. Everyone is so drained from you typical dating apps and want to meet in real life. I’m so excited for the events in my city this year! Not only is it a great opp to meet single people to date but you also get to make new friends! We love that!!

I wasted a subscription because you can’t tell where anything is without a subscription. $40 of my life I’ll never get back just to find out I can’t use their app anyway… They should lead with a disclaimer we are only in _____ area… I would need to drive 3 hours one way or 6 hours another to even be close to where they have participating bars…. Either grow your areas substantially or inform people of your locations before they waste money. And I don’t live in rural areas either…
