Words cannot express how incredibly frustrating it is to use this sub par app. I created a profile, purchased the pro version, then tried to use it and realized none of my messages were being transmitted. I submitted numerous service requests and no one responds. So I had to reach out to Apple to get a refund. I get my money refunded and then my device is subsequently suspended from the app. I do not get it. Customer service is absolutely terrible. No one responds, but YOU get punished for requesting your money back. If this is how apps are created for gay people of color, then its better to just go to grindr instead.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE PRO OPTION! They charge you and after a certain point, you’re not able to transmit messages. Customer support is useless as they have not attempted to respond to fix the issue. This app is horrible. I paid for a membership and people are not receiving my messages. I’ve sent multiple support requests and not one person has responded. I even tried to write a BBB report but noticed that others had done the same thing and their problems were ignored so there was no point. I won’t be paying for this app again. Thanks for nothing.

This is cultivates a space for closeted men to be able to hide their identity and to commit violent acts against its users and allows them to sexually assault and other violent crimes to its users with no consequences to them but if you reject them they claim you harasses them and the administration flags and bans you . It allows people to sell drugs and traffick their body but you can’t tell a user no to sex without consequence.
