My son isn’t getting my messages and I can no longer see my previous messages or his they have all disappeared previously all or messages were coming through up to 8 times and I hope he wasn’t being charged for them. I’m deleting this app and will not be paying another dime towards it! This app has way too many bugs and not enough help there is no way to contact support through the app and they don’t explain how to use it and the fact that you have to put money in two different places they Meir it so difficult for people to figure out I’ve tried to get2 other people to use the app to talk to my son and they want nothing to do with it because they couldn’t figure it out.

I’ve made three deposits and every time I try to send a message, it says I need to make a deposit. I called customer service and waited on hold for 2 hours before giving up. They stole about $50 from me.

You’re better off writing your loved ones letters. The amount of messages that stay stuck on “pending” status is unreal & literally a rip off because it will obviously still take your money. I’ll be disputing the charge & deleting this app for good.

This app is horrible. When you deposit money and then you try to send a message or a picture it still says you need to deposit money even though you have a credit on there already. It is extremely frustrating.
