Core feature login me out no edit
Ok there we get core
Posted an art piece and it put it as “Mature Content” when it’s not.
I drew something and it was SFW, posted it, and when I saw it have “Mature” i thought I accidentally tapped it to have it set as mature so I deleted and posted it again, it STILL says it’s “Mature” when it’s CLEARLY not. Please fix this. It’s a good app, but this NSFW stuff is out of control, yall LET this happen.

So broken I can’t use it
DeviantArt’s embrace of AI is actively hostile to artists
I’ve had a DeviantArt gallery for over 15 years, but recently, I've decided to deactivate my account. It's a decision I've not made lightly. I've posted a lot of art, made some good friends, and even been a Core subscriber a time or two over the years, but things have changed there, and not for the better. DeviantArt has dropped the ball on several major developments in the art world. Back when NFTs were plaguing us, they introduced art theft protection features that notified users when some finance bro stole their art and minted it as an NFT. That feature was a great step in the right direction, and it should've been available to all users by default… but putting DeviantArt Protect behind a paywall and making it exclusive to Core users meant that step landed squarely on a banana peel. My breaking point came when they fully embraced imitative AI, even going so far as to implement their own model, DreamUp, which is no doubt trained on DeviantArt users' data. Even worse, their AI suppression settings barely work, considering that they were still advertising paid AI content packs at me even though the images themselves were suppressed. Their anti-scraping settings work on an opt-out basis and functionally use the honor system, which is beyond ridiculous. It's basically an unlocked gate with no fence around it. I'm wholeheartedly against AI. It is not art; it's barely even media. It's content, and I mean that in the most derogatory sense of the word. Protecting user data should be any website's number one priority, but with deviantART, it's not. By locking important security features behind a paywall and fully embracing AI, deviantART has become actively hostile to artists. My work is not safe there, and if they won't protect my intellectual property, I will. So I've scrubbed my DeviantArt gallery, looked up all the people I watched and sought them out elsewhere online, and deactivated my account. I’m sad I had to do that, and I'll miss the people whose only online presence appeared to be on DeviantArt. but I don’t regret it one bit, and if you have a DNR gallery of your own, I suggest you do the same. Get out while you still can.
Spyware and AI Art
I was already considering cutting ties with DA since they announced they were partnering with AI Art companies. Especially since they automatically sign everyone up to be included in the ai art program, no worries guys, you don’t have to approve art theft they’ll do it for you! I dislike this because I prefer to support real artists who have spent years developing and perfecting their art, only to have a computer program attempt to poorly copy it. But the last straw was after I signed up for two factor authentication. Less than a week after giving DA my phone number I began receiving 4+ spam phone calls a day from fake numbers. Prior to signing up for this service I only received maybe 3 a WEEK! So not only is DA stealing from the artists posting but they’re also stealing from every single user when they sell you info to some fake Indian company pretending to be Amazon Fraud service.
AI
This was supposed to be a safe space for artists and now the people running this app encourage AI-garbage and they promote that garbage more than any manmade masterpiece. Shame on you
AI use
Really unhappy with their stance on AI use
