According to chispa if you ever delete your account you will NEVER be able to create another one and use the app unless you get a new phone number. The code I'm supposed to to receive by text is never delivered. Addressed to chispa. I already contacted you which is why I'm leaving my one star (zero) review as is. Here is a copy of our correspondence. "Thanks for contacting us about your access issues, I'd gladly check your account and assist you. I apologize for the delay. We're swamped but working hard to reply to all messages. We appreciate your understanding. While reviewing your information, our records show a deleted account linked to the phone number *** and the email address ***. Unfortunately, I do not have an option or a tool to reactivate the account. As a reminder: We don't support VOIP (voice-over IP) numbers, so you won't be able to verify one on your account. In that case, you would need to use a different phone number for the verification. In addition, I suggest you create a new account to access our site. I hope this was helpful to you. PLEASE READ: At first I wasn’t going to leave a review but when I saw the amount of people that are dealing with the same issue, I had to say something. Basically, I created an account a little over a month ago. I had heard about this app through word of mouth and was super excited to meet people that were within my community. A week in, I wasn’t getting any hits, so I decided to limit my activity on the app. I come back a week later to find my account disabled. I reached out to Customer Care and they informed me that my account has been disabled because I violated their terms and conditions. I went through and read all of their terms and conditions, and I didn’t violate anything. When I asked what I did wrong, they informed me that due to their privacy policy they could not tell me. I saw the most recent reviews and I am not the only one having this problem. I hope this gets resolved soon.
