Shipping services is terrible!
A company like zara using any type of shipping company is terrible. this is the second time Ive order online and my products either got lost or never deliver. They are using Sonic transportation and logistic as of now they are unable to access gated communities unlike fedex or ups. This is so frustrating. I use to enjoy shopping at zara but shipping wise is too many headache.

worst service ever they send me a dress missing the belt and it was wrong size i returned it to them after few days i found it in my mail box they returned it to me they will not accept it without the belt but it is not my mistake it is their fault . they dont want to refund me and i am stuck with a dress that doesn fit me cost 79$ I will never buy from u again .

zara is a good app for people who like to dress in old times (aka people who like to dress in cardigans, sweatshirts, or specific fabrics) if people wanna dress like the new styles this isnt the right app for you.
