Ok so I use this on my android but I have an iPad I downloaded it for free on android yet was forced to pay for it on the apple App Store for my iPad and then I couldn’t even transfer my clothes/outfits from my android I even clicked backup option on iPad and paid around $5 yet I still can’t have the clothes transferred automatically now my only choice is manually since on android it’s only way of backup is through google drive and zip files I managed to download the zip files into my apples files and yes all the clothes was there but this means I have to download each photo just to upload it into smart closet on my iPad which I don’t have time for Just like only sign in all actions should be there regardless of the device I love smart closet but it really needs to fix this issue it’s frustrating

Even if you have the backup and sync on, once you update the app, everything is wiped out. Learned it the hard way today. I cannot retrieve the countless items I added over the years. I had to reset and recover through icloud backup but it did not fully restore. Speechless. I regret updating the app.

It’s a good app, like really well made, but unfortunately it’s not kept up with. I purchased the upgrade and I’m not able to access my closet on the website. It’s a shame because it’s a very good app, but it’s got some problems. Hope the developers can figure it out, as I put a lot of time and energy into putting my clothing into the database.

I’ve tried a couple different closet apps and so far this is the best one I’ve tried. I’ve been using it consistently for about 5 years. Inputting items is fairly easy, and the automatic background remover works well.The statistics are really good; however, I wish there was a way to filter them by items unused or most used in the last month/year rather than the whole time you’ve had it. I also preferred the previous layout which made it easier to add looks directly to the calendar rather than having to go to the calendar and add outfits manually. The updates to the wardrobe colors works much better. I also wish the categories you could sort by and see statistics of were more customizable. It would be great if there were a way to add categories such as material or print, in addition to the standard brand, color, etc. The main issue I’ve had is that the data does not transfer between devices unless you have the premium subscription. So when I got a new phone, I had to start from scratch, which takes a very long time.

Use this app everyday, I really like it and its great to keep organize your wardrobe, but the sync stopped working and its a little frustrating that my closet is not updated and that all my closet items or outfits don't match my devices. :/

I like the way the app is laid out. I think I’ll enjoy using it. I started using it last night with my iPad. I wanted to sync it with my phone today, so I went into the app and paid the “pro” fee to be able to sync between devices. It still will not sync. Then I went to their website to read the help section and they imply this is a known issue. Why are they still charging you for syncing if they know it isn’t working? Shady. They even have a survey on their website about your experience with syncing, but the survey web link is broken. 🙄
