• Subscription can be purchased on a monthly bases ($0.99/month) or on a yearly basses ($8.99/year)
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

I have been a gold subscriber for years..cannot login or update my lists. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have used and loved this app for YEARS! All of a sudden simple features such as adding a new list item are available by subscription only?! I’d have happily paid a one-time fee to purchase the app, but not paying a subscription to keep a list, despite liking it a lot over the years. Hope you rethink and allow a single time purchase option. And respect long-time customers by putting previously available features behind a paywall. Until then I’ve switched to the Whole Foods app.

This app has been abandoned. A real shame because it was the best for several years and I paid for it. Curious that Apple allows a non-performing app with so many issues and no updates stay available for downloads. I have downloaded and tried about 20 different list apps but none come close to this one in its heyday. If anyone has any that do, please leave a review and let us know what you’re using now!
United StatesApp suggestions for Shopper replacement
Hope other loyal Shopper app users will post their replacement app. Noticed history and favorites no longer working. Didn’t realize it was not local data. And checked App Store reviews and learn shopper is abandon ware and they shut down the sync server. Paid for gold for several years to get watch app sync which is still working as “good” as always. (Good = 1 out of 10 times it totally fails to show list. I always thought the fails were Bluetooth related. But now I think it is hitting a authentication server somewhere which will stay up until the last user cancels gold.) I have tried to replace Shopper app several times without success.

I thought this app was pretty good, but as of 3/30/23, they no longer have sharing/syncing working anymore. i’ve contacted them several times. too bad.

I have been a shopper user for many years. Currently pay for the app at Gold level. I recently had a syncing issue with the app, contacted customer support, no response. The telephone support number is disconnected. I deleted the app and reinstalled trying to fix the issue - now I can’t log on. Contacted support via email, said they will get back to me. Now some two weeks later and several additional emails -no response. As others have said, it is time to find another app and cancel my subscription.

Since I upgraded to gold level, my app no longer works. Telephone support is unavailable and an email finally brought the response that they have referred my complaint to the development department with no timetable for resolution. I noted their last version upgrade was three years ago.
