Invades all my vendors and gives incomplete information. I do not want them tracking stuff I order from other vendors.

I have ordered from at least 2 vendors on this app that have been fraudulent. Shop needs to take responsibility or action to deter fraudulent companies from selling on this app. These 2 stores do not respond and have not ever sent me the products I bought. Shop doesn’t take responsibility and more importantly I don’t even have a way to warn other customers not to buy from these companies because their isn’t always a review option. I spend too much money on this app to be having this problem. The last thing I want to hear is we are a 3rd party host or whatever. If you (Shop) find out a company is fraudulent you should be obligated to interrupt their business or at the very least create a reliable process to warn the customers you are profiting from. I don’t have this issue with Amazon. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because there are good vendors on this app as well.

3-4 years ago this app was so helpful in tracking and I could depend on it more than my Amazon but these days it always sing a me out or never registered that my orders have Ben delivered which is annoying. I can trust PayPal order tracking better than this app now 😭

Why do I have to give this app permission to access and scan my email just to track an order? Yeah I'm not doing that. I should be able to enter my order number. I shouldn't have to give you permission to sign into my email. And why do you need my email account to track my order? I can check my email myself!
