United StatesCash is great but…
The money back is fabulous! However, shopping through the app slows down whatever site being used, or I lose all my shopping work. I found it’s easier to shop on the store’s website and save my purchases and then login to Rakuten to check out. Maybe someday those bugs will get worked out.

This company is a scam I recently referred somebody and the bonus showed up in my account and then without any warning they just took it away and when I reached out i got a generic response saying that it’s only valid in the u.s (me and my friend both live in ny) and then when I pressed further they just started ignoring my emails after saying they will transfer me to a “specialist” worst customer service and they steal

Rakuten is one of my favorite cash back apps. I have been using them for years and have made $673.23 to date by simply checking out through their app or website. For last week or so I’m having terrible logging in, did you guys do a recent update?? It tells me my account is not available and you contact customer support but I can’t contact anyone because I can’t sign in. Please help!
