Haven’t registered and cannot pass password
Please help, after I enter my email address it goes directly to password, something I don’t have since I am just registering. Please let me know what to do. I have had this app for months and cannot use it. Deleted app and downloaded again and the same issue. What am I doing wrong?

Unable to Register
I am unable to register my card as has been reported by others. My bank is registered with My Rewards, but the registration page is requesting a password, rather than the cc number, as the tutorial says it should. I have emailed the developer’s help site, but the response has been inadequate. They can see that I am not yet registered, (which I know!), but they cannot explain why I cannot register. Have referred me back to my bank, who have said I must register on the App! Very poor service.
Not working
The desktop version does not work at all. On the mobile version I got charged twice for the transaction even though it got declined both times. There is no customer service number or email that you can contact. Now I have to go back to the bank to get a refund. Great concept, poor implementation.
