It seems to me if you are going to offer coupons, then make them work! It should be easier to apply a coupon just by clicking. Also for the rewards. That a hint from old navy!

If it were possible to be able to log in without repeatedly encountering a “there’s a problem with our system, try again later” error, sure would be nice. This has been going on for years. Once in awhile you’ll get lucky and be able to log in, but don’t hold your breath.
