Slow delivery
Their delivery is overall slow. In the shipping screen they show the two delivery option with the estimate delivery date. That estimate does not include processing which is up to 72hr. So the fastest shipping speed of 2-3 day is technically 5-6 business days. For my order, they waited for fedex to pick up the order and fedex didn’t pick it for a few days so there can be delays like this as well. Paying extra $16 for slower shipping is crap

They will not let me cancel my membership. I keep saying I want to cancel my membership and they keep coming back with different reasons as to why I should keep it. Who wants to pay $60 a month for a clothes app? Do not get sucked into getting a membership.

i love fabletics collections and always receive quality products. the app, however, is a sub-par shopping experience. items take a strangely long time to load when clicking or tapping the previews. items that are completely sold out will be listed as if for sale on the regular pages; i think it would be helpful to see they're out-of-stock on the browsing page or that they just aren't listed at all. the most annoying issue to me is the "wish list/favorites," which i type this way because they are called differently between the app and the desktop page. again, sold-out items are not greyed out or removed (like in adidas or asos apps), and the wish list will scroll back to the top of you click on an item to check the availability or remove it from the list--hugely frustrating when i just want to purge my wish list of out-of-stock items! i don't see why fabletics' app should not be at the same standards as every other shopping app i've used.

The app glitches every time I use it. For the first few times I opened the app, I couldn’t actually use the app because it wouldn’t let me exit the message board no matter how many times I tried. Now, I’ve gotten the message board to close, but the Klohe Kardashian video plays every time I click on something. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it multiple times now and I keep having issues with it.

I was trying to shop the Khloé edit and the app kept randomly playing videos and opening up chats with customer service. I ended up deleting, but on the bright side I saved my self some money.

Crashes all the time, takes me to pages or videos I haven’t clicked, support page showing all the time. App also takes a long time to load, same as using their webpage. Terrible app.
