This app blows… site is the same.
Clearly they have no issue with charging my card at the start of every month, but the second a sale is live and I try to place an order, immediately “Your order did not go through, please try again”. It matters not what card I use either. I try to utilize the sale or promo only to click check out and… nothing. “Just go to store!” Yeah cards that don’t go through? They don’t work in store. Again, they clearly have no issue charging me the $60 every month.

I was trying to cancel a subscription I really didn’t want. ($59 a month) to get 2 pairs of shorts, from $19 for both it went up $100 and I felt like I hit a dead end. I tried Canceling the subscription right away but was told Due to Terms of Service if we cancel at this moment, your order will be cancelled and your money returned. Even tho I was told “You Can Cancel Any Time” Felt like a complete waste of time and DO NOT trust company’s like this.

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed an app. I came here because this app is so consistently slow no matter what wifi or network my phone is on, no matter my phone’s storage capacity or OS update. It takes an incredibly long amount of time to do anything and I’m close to deleting it.
