I had ordered a bat before Ramadan. And the delivery time was 11 march to 15 march. I didn’t go ANYWHERE in that time but when the date was 16 I called the delivery man and they said that he came but I wasn’t home. This same happened to me 1 week after. Daraz please fix this. I had even payed by my card yet the order never came

I shop a lot from daraz however the delivery system is getting really slow day by day . Now it take almost a week . even tho the retailer delivered the product the same day I ordered and the delivery hub is just near the shop and I chose to receive my package from the hub , daraz still shows it would take 2 more days just to get my package ready for delivery, really disappointed .
