Failed orders
The first time I ordered ASOS i got a email that said my package arrived. Not even 1 minute after that notification I went to check my door and there was nothing there. It couldn’t have been my neighbors . But ASOS was giving me a hard time to get my return. I gave ASOS a second chance and ordered shoes but I had it dropped off in a UPS location. I would recommend that because they will try to blame your neighbors. Anyways when I got the shoes my box CLEARLY stated i ordered a size 9 but when I got my shoes i checked it was a size 6. I’m deleting my account and not buying from this store. Its giving scam energy.
