When shopping on the Amazon app while browsing a products pictures and info it keeps closing out of said product or goes back to the original version of that product. Like if I’m looking at the same desk in a different size/color, the app will go to a white screen (while I’m reading dimensions and etc) and then the original item will pop back up. Up until this it’s always been 5 stars. I love Amazon.
Please Add An Option For Light/Dark Mode
Although this app is great, it would’ve been appreciated if there was an App Appearance setting so I can shop without burning my eyes.

Amazon have become a scam. They’ll take your money for your order/items and then put payment revision. I’m tired of calling customer support just for them to rerun the order or refund me my money. Hate Amazon so much. Greedy company.
Q&A is missing!?
Not thrilled that they pulled the Q&A section, and also the new keyword search for reviews in obnoxiously AI-centric. Please bring back the Q&A and include it in the review keyword search! Also, annoying that I can’t zoom in on the app - sometimes there is product detail/images too small to see on my device and zoom is disabled within the “from the manufacturer” section Check your permissions in your account to see if you’re sharing data as expected, there’s a lot of future expansion by the looks of the grayed-out toggles. Also, not app-related, but from a customer service angle, I’m notice more and more items say they are returnable on the product page, only to be later declined as “not eligible” i.e. needed different size diapers and the unopened box was not returnable?!
Cluttered app, terrible recommendations
You’d think a company who has access to my credit card would want to convince me to buy more stuff. Instead the recommendations are a horrible mix of stuff I’ve already bought and useless junk that are clearly paid ads. Here’s a hint Amazon, if I already bought it, I don’t want it again. Amazon Fire products are not something I’m interested in so quit showing them every 4th product. And get rid of the inspire tab, it’s useless. I don’t need to watch a video of a product I don’t want that I just saw on the home tab. Get it together you’re a multibillion dollar tech company I’m sure you’re capable of half decent product recommendations. If not, pay Meta to use their recommendations engine. I’m sure they’d be happy to take your money.
