I spent three calls and an hour on tech support to get the app to let me into the store in Bellevue. The attendant there says this happens all the time In fact she can’t use the app to shop there. This is much more cumbersome than shopping at a traditional store like the one Accross the street. The fact that there are 8 employees in essentially what is a glorified convenience store and none can check you out at a cash register when the app doesn’t work is a fundamental failure of the model. Epic fail

I’m going tomorrow to the Central Park, downloaded this app and thought to visit on my way to buy something to drink, but this app doesn’t accept to use a debit card🤷🏻♀️that’s really weird!

This Amazon Go app is a really nice convenience whenever I go shopping using my iPhone to enter the store and shop and bag my own groceries without a cashier or bag person, but would it be nice to add that to Apple Watch to scan in and shop without pulling out my iPhone?
