Dispute
I had a duplicate charge on my account and it is taking 2 months to clear up. I’m not sure what the issue is. I did not place the same order twice with Leonisa. And the order that I did place has been returned because the bras did not fit. The company has refunded me already over a month ago so I’m not sure what is taking affirm so long to remove these orders (1 erroneous and 1 returned/refunded) from my profile.
I’d give a zero if possible!
I’ve been trying since January 21 to get a refund from Affirm for a Sak purse I bought. Bill from Sak assured me the $85 and some odd cents had been sent to Affirm to refund me. I have yet to receive it and can get no satisfaction from ALL the emails sent to either place (Sak or Affirm). I keep getting the runaround.
GOOD BUT BAD
Affirm is awesome. I used it plenty of times for big purchases. However my rating is solely based on APP PERFORMANCE. I’ve been trying to pay off one of my loans since last week. The app just won’t let me make any payments. Once you click make payment, nothing happens & the next page just keeps loading. Logged onto their website via my laptop & keep getting an error when trying to log in stating something went wrong try again. Called the 1800 # & there is no option to pay the loan in full. Opted to speak to a rep. Each attempt I was on hold for over 30 mins & no answer. Still not able to pay off my loan in total because the app or the website just won’t let me. VERY FRUSTRATING.
No Payment History
No payment history or loan amortization schedule. So looks like each payment is 50% interest so your principal stays high if you ever want to pay off the loan. I burrowed $3200, made 2 payments of $110, ($220) and pay off amount is only $100 less, $3100.

I’m being told I owe over 1,000.00 on my account which is way to much it looks like when I buy something and they give me a big discount then I see they have been charging me the full price. I’ve been paying a lot of payments and lace paid off some. So I don’t understand
Worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever encountered! They will not help you at all, even if it’s their system that glitches they will take zero accountability and offer zero resolutions
Inconsistent and inconvenient at times
Great app, but when trying to make travel plans and using affirm can be incredibly inconvenient when the purchase power refreshes out of no where and you cannot make a purchase.
