Latest update broke it
First translation is fine, but when you come back to translate another sentence, text gets jumbled up and stacked on top of each other! Never saw anything like this before… (anywhere)! As a temporary workaround, now the user has to close the app, flip it out of memory and relaunch it. It’ll work again for one translation, before piling up the text in top of each other, etc…

There should also be an option to play the audio slower, like a turtle mode so that not only can you translate with the app. For example if there is something that you wish to say or plan to say like at a restaurant. Then what you can do is play the audio translation in turtle mode, listen to how the translation is pronounced and simply speak it when ready

United StatesFree Trial Not Showing Up
I signed up for the free trial so I could quickly translate a pdf. I got an email confirmation, but whenever I sign onto my account, it says sign up for DeepL Pro like I didn’t just start the free trial. I can’t even contact support because you need Pro to do so (??? Such a stupid feature). Now, I will probably end up getting charged for my plan without even having access to it! Do not use this translator; it’s a huge scam.

Picture translate used to be the best feature of this app. Better than googles but in the latest update you have to manually take the picture and it does not recognize Chinese or Japanese characters anymore.
