Abandoned App
I’m so sad to see this app get abandoned. I’m not sure why since I have Word, Evernote and a score of other notes apps to choose from. Nostalgia, I guess. For some reason Write had become my recipe app. It’s a good thing I’m not much of a cook, but regardless, ASAP I need to move my files elsewhere. No kidding, on her deathbed my mom dictated her fudge recipe to me which I put into Write. That was 5 years ago (already). Goodbye, Write. You were a good friend.

After 6 years of use the App crashes constantly. Have tried reaching out to the developer repeatedly and get no response. Deleting app, deletes all data. Also discovered that even though I had set app to sync with Dropbox it no longer was actively syncing. Lost many files and data. The Lite version is unusable as ads continuously take over the screen and are timed so you cannot “X” out until the timer expires.

There’s been so many times this app has deleted my work. I regret paying for this app even if it was so long ago. How many chapters have you stolen from me? I keep rewriting and it keeps deleting. Awful.
