Recent update
4/15 no longer see “delete” option in storage setting when trying to delete video off video card. Version 5.0 build 1417. The model is the one with two lights and camera in the middle. 4-15 I deleted app and reloaded. The delete and delete all is back.
Swann review
System works sporadically. Camera at front door alerts when there is motion but hasn’t recorded anything in weeks. Technical support (which is why we went with Swann) is non-existent.
App is slow and non responsive
Recently the mobile app has had slow video playback and sometimes not responsive.
Love the bullet cameras and the pan tilt!!!
Can operate the pan tilt remotely!!! Have the NVR - all wired!!!
Es un sistema ineficiente lento y verdaderamente estúpido
Por ejemplo detecta movimiento y graba por unos segundos pero se detiene la grabación aún con el individuo en cámara!! Fuera de eso además se pierde la cofiguracion o no permite dispositivos adivínales después de 3 no entiendo porque! Trate de comunicarme por ayuda aún pagando por el servicio y no hay manera de resolverlo. NO lo recomiendo busquen otra opción.
Time is of
Pacific time is an hour off. It always keep going back and hour everytime I set it to the right time. When it updates it goes back to an hour off. This throws me off when I’m trying to play back the videos. It’s been like this since I got this Swann. Even on my other Swann camera is the same.
Export Video Inconvenience
I was having issues when trying to export playback videos onto my phone. Basically when I would download a video it would show a black screen with only the audio. I called support but even they couldn’t help me and still gave me a case number. I then changed the H.265 setting to H.264 and just like that my issue was solved. If anyone else is having this same issue try this tip and see if it works for you. 👿
