I’ve used voice recorder version 1 before this newer version for 9 months no issues til 9 months later. Emailed The Developer immediately, no reply in one week read other reviews at the time 2019 they hadn’t received a reply either. I emailed again requesting my payment be reimbursed due to my recordings were bouncing out of title order. I began threatening the developer with law suits I don’t mind letting the courts know how some App’ers developers use Apple Inc. to rip off unsuspecting customers. After my Strong emailed l receive an upgraded version of Voice Recorder. I was pleasantly pleased All my recordings were transferred to the new version with no issues to speak of. Voice recorder works great! Unfortunately, I am unable to use the screen recorder option within this app! Each time I try to use screen recorder option this app doesn’t come up in my list of programs that I have to select for screen recording. Therefore, I am unable to select it in order to use it. This is very disappointing to me since this was an app that I purchased. I also tried contacting customer support but only to no avail. I hope they will eventually resolve this issue as it would be great to be able to use that feature as well!
