EpicWin is an iPhone app that puts the adventure back into your life. It’s a streamlined to-do list, to quickly note down all your everyday tasks, but with a role-playing spin. The to-do list is fully-featured and supports repeating tasks, displays reminders for overdue events and allows time-critical events to be assigned to specific days, while more aspirational quests can be set to "someday" so you don't lose sight of your goals. And each task completed is destroyed by your avatar, so get your Undead Warrior to beat-up your laundry, or your Treeman to headbutt your overspilling inbox. The app is supplied with 5 animated avatars which grow in characteristics that represent your own life. Will you be a Maiden of Juggled Priorities, or a King of Win? De-list this already
Disclaimer: I think I bought the Epic Win app over a decade ago, while we were still on iPhone 4 or 5; and at the time, it did everything it was supposed to. Epic Win got me though grad school and made setting goals engaging. I loved this app. But, it hasn’t been usable in years. It hasn’t worked on the last few phones I’ve upgraded through. I don’t remember seeing the UX actually working after the last posted fix date. I can look back fondly on this, and I would even support a reasonable-cost update from the creators — nothing else in this space looks or feels as good as Epic Win — but it’s unethical to charge money for something that’s been abandoned and will not work. Supermono & Rex, if you gave up on maintaining this, just take it down.

It looks good, but I can’t use it. The spacing of elements on the screen is all messed up, I’m not sure if it’s because my phone is newer, but it makes it hard to see what I’m clicking on.

Someone on YouTube recommended this app and I was so excited to use it. But it’s no longer usable. It’s glitched, can’t make almost anything out, and it looks like it won’t be fixed anytime soon.

The UI is too broken to be used on iPhone 13 Mini. I can’t even get past the first screen because the scrambled mess of of textures and ui elements don’t render properly and no input is registered. $2 wasted. I hope they actually update some day.
