Great App!
I use this app to do layouts for kitchen remodels, and it is much better then the traditional paper and pen. I have used other apps and this is by far the best I have found, and it’s cheap! 5 stars!
United StatesApp constantly crashes and zero customer support
I can’t even open the app without it crashing. I’ve been emailing them for over a month now and I get zero response. I am a paying customer and I have several sketches that I written, and have no access to now. Further, this app is not synced up to the cloud, so there is no way to recover my data if I delete it and try to re-download it. My advice is to find a different app and stay away from this headache.

I am a paying customer but this app has caused me tremendous headache. The customer service is awful - they will not respond. If I make any changes to a plan, or if I save one, the whole entire thing crashes, you cannot delete and re-download the app or you lose all of your saved data since there isn’t any cloud information. Think about that. The programers have a lot to work on here. I would not recommend this app until they make all these fixes. You’re better off using something else.

Hook you in by allowing you to complete a plan and save it. When you then try and access it, suddenly you are made aware you cannot access your saved work without paying a monthly subscription. Seriously? What jerks!
